Márta Horváth

Márta Horváth has been working in the film industry since 1983. She started in the field of distribution, she was responsible for the marketing campaigns of feature films at MOKÉP, then she was the marketing director of Flamex Film until 1999. She has been working for the national public service television as a programme manager and buyer of films since 2000. Her main territories are Hungarian, Italian and Asian films, TV series, animation and children’s programmes and in recent years she is also a buyer of Polish content. Since the launch of the Hungarian Television’s "M2" children's channel she has been selecting and managing various children’s programmes. In 2014 she took part in the work of the International Emmy Awards semi-final round jury of children’s series in Biarritz, and in 2020 she was the member of the jury of the National Film Institute’s Incubator Program.
