Dr. Tamás Kollarik
Tamás Kollarik has been working in many fields of the film industry, film administration and management and also as a creative. Lawyer, humanities graduate, public administration manager. Between 2010 and 2019, he was the founder and coordinator of the Hungarian Media Patronage Programme, and was the member of the Media Council of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority. He was the former head of Neumann Nonprofit Ltd. and the National Audiovisual Archive. He is the founder and former head of the The Magic Valley Media Literacy and Education Centre. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Television Production Board of the National Film Institute. As a publisher, producer, project initiator, screenwriter, editor, and expert, he has been involved in the publication of many books, DVDs, documentaries and commercials. He is credited as author or editor of several film publications, such as: Animációs körkép (“A Review of Hungarian Animation”), Mozgókép és paragrafusok (“Motion Picture and Paragraphs”), Magyar animációs alkotók I. (“Hungarian Animators, Vol. 1”), Magyar forgatókönyvírók I. (Hungarian Screenwriters, Vol.1”). He is a lecturer of film law and film administration at the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary, the University of Theater and Film Arts, Budapest Metropolitan University and Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design.
