CINANIMA is an auteur animation film festival which first and foremost embraces the artistic work of a director.
In addition to the festival, which takes place in the second week of November of each year in Espinho, Portugal CINANIMA offers a diverse set of film literacy activities throughout the year that take place across Portugal and abroad.
This programme presents the award-winning films of the previous festival, it is a collection of outstanding European animated films, many from up-and-coming authors.
