Eszter Szoboszlay is an animated film director, graphic artist and teacher. Among the important motifs of her animation films are houses, rooms, living spaces, boxes, and of course the inhabitants of these. For the last couple of years, she also turned towards the miniature spatial presentation of these spaces and creatures. This unusual size is made exciting by the artist through playing with space and experimenting with illusions of perspective and the relationship between the characters and the given room.
The Who lives here? exhibition features a house allowing visitors to observe its tiny rooms, spaces, residents and their guests. Looking through the optical lenses, or peekholes, one might even discover some secret events going on in the background.
